Terms and conditions for your online reservation at Oktoberfest-Camping München

1. General
The following general terms and conditions are part of all contracts between costumers (in the following costumer) and

2. Realization of contract (binding booking)
By completing this online form, the costumer authorizes the operator to finalize a booking. This contract is realized by the confirmation of the booking system and the payment of the total fee in advance via Paypal. The costumer is the operator´s contract partner for bookings on behalf of his own and eventually third parties. Bookings are not applicable. To carry this booking into effect, the costumer (contract partner) must be present at the check in and the whole stay.
The costumer is not entitled to claim a certain campsite by his booking.
The campsite can only be used by the exact number of declared guests. A refund of fees is not possible if fewer guests than registered decide to arrive.
For your booking as well as your stay our house rules apply.
3. Fee
The following fees apply for your booking:
- Campsite for one camper/caravan/car/tent, 2 people inclusive: € 40/night
- Every additional person: € 15/night
- Power connection at the pitch: 5 €/night
4. Arrival
At your arrival all declared people have to be registered. Therefore, either the booking confirmation has to be presented or a registration form has to be completed. Furthermore, the national IDs/ passports of all guests have to be produced at the check in.
Owing to their registration all guests accept the house rules
5. Change of reservation/withdraw from the contract
Changes of reservation (that is changes of the arrival and the departure date) of effective contracts are generally possible, even though there is no legally binding entitlement.
All changes do only become operative with a written confirmation of the operator. Changes of reservation are possible up to 2 weeks before opening of the Oktoberfest-Camping München. A fee of € 10 will be charged for any changes.
The costumer is eligible to withdraw from this contract any time before his arrival. He has to notify the operator of his notice of repudiation of contract in writing. The following cancellation fees will be charged:
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: € 25 for each booking
- Cancellation between 29 and 10 days before arrival: € 50 for each booking; if the price of reservation does not exceed € 100 only € 25 will be charged as cancellation fee
- Cancellation between 9 and 1 days before arrival: no refund of your payment
In default of appearance without termination, late arrival or early departure, the contractual fee has to be paid in full. Payments will not be refunded.
If the costumer does not utilize his campsite without entering an agreement with the operator, the operator may let the spot on lease to somebody else. However, there is no binding obligation.
Moreover, the operator is entitled to withdraw from the contract for exceptional reasons, especially if an act of nature beyond control or other circumstances the operator cannot be hold accountable for prevent the performance of contract.
6. Miscellaneous agreements
Subsidiary agreements, telephone information and other assurances need a written confirmation to become operative. Apart from that the general provisions of law apply.
Place of performance and jurisdiction is Munich.
